“Those who think they have no time for healthy eating will sooner or later have to find time for illness.” – Edward Stanley. Very often as a dietician I observe two categories of people : One category consists of those who start looking out for healthy food options when they get diagnosed as having diabetes / hypertension / hyperlipidaemia / arthritis and so on.. till that time they are least bothered / have ‘no time’ to think about the term ‘healthy’ eating. Second category is over possessed about ‘health’ and land up with confusion as to what is right and what is wrong. Also according to one expert banana is fattening / causes constipation / cough, at the same time another expert advises to consume banana for better health!
