Patients Guide

Medical Insurance Through Third Party Administrator (TPA)

  • Patients or their relatives should inform the Billing Counter at the time of admission, if they have any Medical coverage through Insurance Companies or their personal employer or through Third Party Administrators (TPA).  Delay in giving such information can lead to rejection of their mediclaim for which hospital does not hold any responsibility.
  • Please note that it is the responsibility of patient or patient's relatives to get the approval from TPA, hospital will only facilitate in doing the same.
  • Please ask for guidelines if you are getting admitted under Mediclaim through Insurance Companies or Third Party Administrators (TPA) or through your Personal Companies on credit basis.
  • All TPA & Insurance patients will be treated under regular category and will have to bear all charges until an authorization letter is received from their respective TPA/or Insurance Company.
  • The amount so paid will be adjusted at the time of discharge after scrutinizing the authorization received towards hospitalization of the patient and after deducting non-medical charges.
