Nursing Department
Nursing Department is the backbone of the Hospital and Nurses are the main pillars of Health Care Industry. Nurses participate in preventive, promotive, curative and rehabilitative care of individual.

“With love and devotion, we will offer everyone a modern, scientific, holistic healthcare service, based on the true awareness and understanding of the needs of the body, mind and soul”. Based on this Mission Statement, the Nursing Personnel of Bhaktivedanta Hospital provides an excellent healthcare service to all the clients/patients. The carefully selected Staffs render a holistic service to all the patients keeping in mind the prevention of diseases, promotion of health, and the cure of illness, including the rehabilitation of the sick.

The staffs have total dedication towards their services. Staff Nurses have round the clock duty schedule. Nurses have empathy, high moral and give emotional support with good communication and counseling skills. They are also capable of handling all the modern technological gadgets and monitors utilized for the welfare of the patients.

From time to time, these staffs are given an In-service education related to various medical, surgical, nursing topics, including personal development program.

Nurses work in Out Patients Departments (OPD), Wards, Operation Theater (O.T.), Intensive Care Unit (I.C.U.), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (N.I.C.U.) and other specialized units. They also assist in different camps. They work whole-heartedly day and night specially during emergencies like Bomb Blast, Flood, Epidemics or other Calamities, keeping their personal life secondary.

Like a giant fruitful tree, this Institution has a Nursing Department that is one of the most fruit-bearing branches.
