“You have well qualified Doctors who give proper advice to patients. Our experience with Dr. Krishna Kumar is most satisfying – he is a brilliant Doctor. Our son (Master Anant Sharma) has recovered well within one day. The PICU staff are caring, and the Second Class (Special Ward) attendants and nurses are co-operative and polite.

The only inconvenience we had was at the time of admission; in spite of having made advance payments for O.T. and ward booking, no bed was available or reserved – neither was any information (of our booking) conveyed to I.P.D. Such incidents may cause bitterness in spite of the good intentions of the hospital . . . . . . .”

What I liked most is the reciting of ‘bhajans’ – it gives me strength hearing it. I am a Muslim . . . . . So what ! I believe in all religions. . . . . . . . .

The ‘dahl’, rice, ‘roti’, etc. are very tasty. . . . . . . .”

1. “During my stay in the Economy Ward, I noticed that there is a commotion because the staff pay very little attention to keeping the decibel levels down. Though understandable that an open ward would be a bit noisy, still it could not be accepted as an excuse – this Ward needs to be more disciplined.
2. The ‘Maushi’ (in the Economy Ward) needs to be more restrained and helpful toward the needs of patients – she should develop the patience to listen to patients’ relatives.

On the other hand, my experience in the Special Ward (Twin Sharing) were more fulfilling :

1. Rooms : Exceelent.
2. Nurses : Exceelent.
3. Food : O.K.
4. All other facilities are satisfaction.”
