On the 10th International Yoga Day and 9th Anniversary of Govardhan School of Yoga (GSY), a Sound Healing Workshop was organized at Bhaktivedanta Hospital & Research Institute in collaboration with Govardhan Eco Village (GEV). The multi-specialty tertiary care NABH-accredited hospital is committed to providing society with holistic and affordable medical services; this was enunciated through the unique session.
The Sound Healing Workshop was conducted in 2 batches – including the Senior Doctors, Consultants, and managers of the Hospital by Nimai Lila Das (Head Philosophy Teacher, GSY) and Vrinda Lila (International Sound Healer) from Govardhan Eco Village. The sessions profoundly impacted the participants, leading them into deeper states of relaxation and potentially unlocking pathways to elevated states of consciousness.
Bhaktivedanta Hospital and Research Institute reigns supreme in spreading the message of healing the body, mind, and soul in unison with the advantages of Allopathic, Ayurvedic, Homeopathic, and other alternative medical therapies under one roof. This Sound Healing Session – through the
combination of yoga, sound healing, and other Vedic sciences – underlined the hospital’s core message on International Yoga Day.
The hospital was humbled to welcome the supportive and knowledgeable pillars of Govardhan Eco Village (GEV). In addition to the numerous outreach camps in rural areas stretching 50 kilometers from Mira Road, Bhaktivedanta Hospital’s aim is not just to provide health services but to create a healthy environment that fulfills the medical, spiritual, and holistic needs of the marginalized community in remote areas and urban areas through standalone camps. The Sound Healing event was a resounding success that allowed the participants to tap into the deeper facets of their personalities and discover the true meaning of healing.
