Research Activity, Presentation And Publication

As a part of curriculum,every year nursing students conduct nursing research on various topics. Recently Dr.Mrs.Bhadrapriya S.Parab, Principal, Conducted,presented and published Research Paper at National and International Level, on Impact of specially devised intervention package on quality of life among senior citizens in slum areas of Thane District: An Experimental Field Trial.

SOCIAL WELFARE SERVICES

  • Celebration of World Health Days
  • Conducting National Health Programmes

Every year financial support has been provided to economically backward and needy students from

  • Management of Bhakti Vedanta Hospital and Research Institute
  • Dr.Dwarkadwish Trivedi Scholarship
  • Seth Bhojraj Scholarship
  • Trained Nurses Association of India
  • Samaj Kalyan Scholarship for candidates of reserved caste

We also facilitate our students with SNA membership and TNAI Registration.

  • Nectar competitions( poster competitions,Rangoli competitions,Painting,Card Making,Dance,Best out of Waste,Speech competitions,Bhagvad Gita Shloka Competitions)

SPIRITUAL CARE IN NURSING

As a holistic approach a special subject “Spiritual Care in Nursing” is taught along with Nursing curriculum to refine student’s soft skills like empathy, compassionate patient care, effective communication and for self-realization.
