Value Point System is a Bhaktivedanta Hospital and Research Institute scheme under which 1% of the patient’s net bill of OPD, Investigation, and Emergency is calculated as value points. At Bhaktivedanta, we value our relationship and as a gesture of goodwill, we are extending the Value Points to benefit our patients.
The Value Point System is applicable exclusively for OPD services such as Investigations, Consultations, and Emergency Services. The minimum bill value to gain value points is Rs.100. To check their current accumulated value points, the patient can approach the OPD, IPD, and Pharmacy billing counters.
The value points will be credited under the patient’s name within 7 working days of availing OPD services. There are no minimum times to the number of points that can be redeemed by the patient, with no cap limit on the redeemable limit. All hospital services can be availed using the value points, including OPD, IPD, and Pharmacy; however, value points are not applicable for any OPD/IPD deposits.
These value points are non-transferable. Despite this, for noble cause donations, charity, or in case of the death of the value point member, an exception can be made if the quantity earned is more than 500 points.
Bhaktivedanta Hospital holds the right to alter this policy depending on the case. The Hospital’s decision will be final and binding for all, and not up for dispute.
